·         All transactions and purchases on the website are final and Hair To Impress By K offers no return and exchange unless clearly shown that the product shipped is defected.

·         Due to the nature of our products, we DO NOT issue refunds. All sales are final.

·         Once an order is placed and processed, we cannot cancel, adjust or apply any discounts to it. Please double check your order before making your purchase.

·         Please note that you can only return a product if it is defective. The product returned shall be inspected on its receipt.

·         If you have received the wrong product, missing any products or have concerns please contact our customer service within 48 hours after receiving the merchandise.

·         Please ensure the following conditions are met before returning the product:

-       Please do not unravel, wet, play with or install the hair.

-       The product shall be unused and in original condition.

-       You shall inform about the return of the product to us within 48 hours.
